Terms of Service

In order for work on your design to begin, you must confirm that you read and agree to the terms of service.

Any designs ordered are for your use only and may not be redistributed. No refunds will be given unless I am unable to complete your design. If you fail to respond to an email within two weeks after it is sent, I will assume you no longer require my services and will stop production on your design.

I will not use any copyrighted images in your design. If an image you provide me is copyrighted and you fail to inform me, it will your responsibility to deal with any infringement issues that may arise.

No reimbursement will be given for any downtime you may experience with the images in your design. All the images will be uploaded onto my server, which has a great record of being fast and reliable. However, there is always a chance that something completely out of my control will cause my site to go down temporarily. You are welcome to upload the images on your own, and you can feel free to ask me for instruction on how to do so at any time.
