This tutorial will show you how make test look 3D.1. Open a new image. Fill the background with whatever color you want. Make a new vector layer and take the text tool. Type in what you want it to say. Here's mine so far:
2. Go to Effects >> 3D Effects >> Inner Bevel. It will tell you that you need to convert the layer to a raster layer. Just click ok. Match your settings to mine:
