Contest!

I chose this sign mainly because of the "We're all mad here" line. Even though I barely use the site's Myspace anymore, I used the whole insanity theme for a good two years. Those were the good ole days. I also like that he used the Alice in Wonderland images. I've never actually been a big fan of the story, but I do have a layout on here with the theme, and I've made other artwork featuring the character in the past. I like that he actually looked into things to see what I liked.


I don't know whether the designer actually made the connection or it's just a weird coincidence, but this banner reminds me of my favorite layout design ever, Green Finch. I've used birds a lot in my designs, so this one stood out to me.


I'm not going to lie, it's a tad cheesy. Nevertheless, I thought it was a pretty cute and clever idea. Plus, she actually took the time to color that sheet of paper. It doesn't sound like much, but I thought it was kind of awesome that someone bothered to do that.


I'm a big fan of how cleanly executed this sign is. I really like the color scheme, and I love that she incorporated the definition of "atomic" because I'm a huge word nerd.
